Mynock’s Den “Recon Large” Helmet cast made from grey-coloured Smooth-Cast 65D resin with a black or dark grey interior. Kit is comprised of 10 separately-cast resin pieces and will require some assembly. This helmet measures 9.5" from ear to ear, and 10.5" front to back, and is designed to fit people with larger sizing requirements. A smaller "Regular-sized" version of the Recon (shown below) is available here.
Trimming Options:
"Untrimmed" - helmet is pulled out of the mold, boxed up, and sent to you as is. The main visor area and flashing around the neckline are untrimmed. Sanding, trimming, and painting will be required to bring the helmet to full, ready-to-wear status. As with all hand-cast items, some minor filling/touchup work may be required. See-through visor, foam padding, and other accessories are not included.
"Trimmed" - The helmet is ready for primer and paint. The main visor area and flashing around the neckline are carefully trimmed and any obvious imperfections from the casting process are filled in prior to shipping. See-through visor, foam padding, and other accessories are not included.
