The Mynock’s Den “Operator” helmet cast is made from grey-coloured Smooth-Cast 65D resin with a black Smooth-Cast ONYX interior. Helmet includes:
- 2 magnetic MHAS ear caps made of resin, which allow you to attach compatible interchangeable helmet accessories like Macrobinoculars (sold separately);
- 2 magnetic ear plugs (made from ABS plastic);
- 2 styles of ear greeblies panels
- 2 lower left and right resin ear caps;
- 1 resin rear key slot.
Trimming Options:
"Untrimmed" - helmet is pulled out of the mold, boxed up, and sent to you as is. The main visor area and flashing around the neckline are untrimmed. Sanding, trimming, and painting will be required to bring the helmet to full, ready-to-wear status. As with all hand-cast items, some minor filling/touchup work may be required. See-through visor, foam padding, and other accessories are not included.
"Trimmed" - The helmet is ready for primer and paint. The main visor area and flashing around the neckline are carefully trimmed and any obvious imperfections from the casting process are filled in prior to shipping. See-through visor, foam padding, and other accessories are not included.
This helmet kit is not in stock, but is made to order. Standard processing time is 4-6 weeks.

Overseas shipping is via Canada Post Tracked Packet International air shipping (6-10 business days; customs processing may affect delivery times).
