This Mynock’s Den “Gunslinger” Helmet cast (size small) is NOT a replica of the helmet from the TV show “The Mandalorian”. The helmet is different in overall shape and ear design, which is meant to incorporate the Mynock’s Den Modular Helmet Accessory System (MHAS). This small version of the helmet is intended to fit heads up to 23.5" as measured around the tip of the ears (or US hat size 7.5). A large version of this helmet is currently in development.
The helmet cast is made from grey-coloured Smooth-Cast 65D resin with The included MHAS ear caps allow you to attach Mynock's Den MHAS-compatible interchangeable helmet accessories to the helmet (sold separately in my Etsy shop).
Trimming Options:
"Untrimmed" - helmet is pulled out of the mold, boxed up, and sent to you as is. The main visor area and flashing around the neckline are untrimmed. Sanding, trimming, and painting will be required to bring the helmet to full, ready-to-wear status. As with all hand-cast items, some minor filling/touchup work may be required. See-through visor, foam padding, and other accessories are not included.
"Trimmed" - The helmet is ready for primer and paint. The main visor area and flashing around the neckline are carefully trimmed and any obvious imperfections from the casting process are filled in prior to shipping. See-through visor, foam padding, and other accessories are not included.

Overseas shipping is via Canada Post Tracked Packet International air shipping (6-10 business days; customs processing may affect delivery times).
