This Ready-to-wear Bengal Acolyte helmet is made from impact-resistant urethane resin, with the outer surface infused with aluminum powder in a process called "cold-casting". The surface is polished and weathered to a realistic metallic finish, and the detailing is further brought out with the use of airbrushing and hand-painting techniques. 
 
Helmet consists of two halves that clam together with neodymium rare earth magnets (NOTE: rare earth magnets are very strong and can pose a health risk including pinched skin. Use at your own risk).
 
The eyes and mouth are covered by a black see-through mesh, so no lens fogging to worry about. Helmet interior is padded with open-cell foam.
 
To keep true to the reference material that inspired the helmet and maintain correct mask-to-head proportion ratio, the helmet was designed to fit people with a head circumference of no larger than 23 inches as measured around the brow. 
Because this is a made-to-order item, the helmet shown in the photos is for reference only. Each helmet I make is slightly different due to the nature of hand crafting; there may be slight variations in paint hues or weathering effects from what it shown in the photos. Signs of grinding, sanding, and unevenness on the inside surface may be present, which is perfectly normal.
