Below you can see the placement of velcro patches on the shirt and pants. The velcro on the shirt (front and back) hooks into the velcro in the waisband of the pants (also in the front and back), and helps keep the pants from sliding down when all the leg armor pieces are attached. The velcro on the right thigh (front and back) keeps the thigh plates in place. The velcro on the knees does the same for the knee pieces.
