The Relic 2

Helmet backstory:

"Thrawn closed his eyes and began to turn the Mandalorian helmet over in his hands, slowly running his fingers along its ancient weathered surface. The Jedi had a psychometric ability referred to as Force Echo, which allowed them to accurately sense an object’s history. Thrawn was not Force-sensitive, however this rarely left him at a disadvantage for long.

After a few long moments, the Grand Admiral set the helmet down, and turned to look at the star-speckled blackness of this strange new galaxy hanging beyond the Star Destroyer’s viewport. “When we return, the Mandalorian question will need to be revisited,” he said to the figure standing silently in the doorway.

“Yes, Grand Admiral,” said captain Enoch.

Thrawn stood up and straightened his tunic. “Assemble the troops in the hangar bay. It’s time to welcome our guests.”

Another Recon Large completed! This one is a spiritual twin of the helmet I made a few months ago called “The Relic”;

it features the same colour scheme, a similar magnetic ear attachment, and blue instead of orange ear lights. The helmet is made from Smooth-Cast 65D and ONYX resins cold cast with aluminum powder. Helmet is fully padded with removable padding that can be adjusted with foam inserts.
